Auga Trucks Professional Team of Operators
It Takes People: The company is called Agua Trucks. This could lead you to think that its all about the trucks and that is what we are, a bunch of trucks. Nothing could be further from the truth. It took two people to come up with the idea of the company. As you read ABOUT US, it becomes obvious that more people with different skill levels were needed to have OUR TEAM. They are a big part of our success and growth.
Operators, mechanics, administrative and forward-looking people are the heartbeat of the company. As we grew it was the people working together in such a way, that we created a list of core fundamentals that describes the people of our team. We are always looking for people that share our fundamentals. So, if you think you have what it takes go to our EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES link to be a part of something.
Agua Trucks has been in business since March 2006. One of the owners, Scott, has worked in residential construction since 1999.
Our people are trained. Operators receive extensive training and have a clear understanding of customer expectations and how to use the tools and equipment.
Here is what some of our employees love about working with us:
I have been with Agua Trucks since 2018. I have enjoyed being a part of their growth. Agua Trucks bases their business on a strong set of fundamentals that help maintain and grow their business as well as their employee’s behavioral and functional skills. They have regular employee meetings to keep everyone involved with the fundamentals, any current issues and continued growth path. It’s great to know the direction of the business you’re working for.
It’s not all about company growth, but also about the employee. Regularly, employees are recognized for their hard work and dedication through thank you notes, gift cards, driver bonus’, and raises. Monthly meetings mean B R E A K F A S T, yum! Several times a year, they have company sponsored events, sometimes just for employee +1 and sometimes for the whole family. Overall, Agua Trucks is a great place to work because of their fundamentals and how they care for their employees.
